I'm struggling
143.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.5 lb a week

we are all struggling - so long as you maintain a focus and continue to effort towards your goals you will be fine. Hang in there and ride it out. All tunnels have a light at the end - and like Harriet Tubman, who didn't always know if there was light at the end of her proverbial underground tunnel - she kept at it cause it was the only thing, the right thing to do. You can do this!

struggles come in many forms...and can have many different outcomes. I have not experienced life as a lineal thing, Just choices that lead me to new choices. Perspective sometimes is all that keeps me hanging on, to know that something more will come and whatever it is that I am overwhelmed by, fearful of, or perplexed by, it will change. Take care of you.

I'm learning (and trying to keep in mind) that growth happens during the struggle. There's a lesson to learn - what you do/don't like, how to get through anxiety of change, perserverence...so many things. But it still isn't always fun. When you feel overwhelmed, look at the things you've gained/learned/choose that are different than where you started. Even if it's just the fact that you choose - day by day - to try. You're already winning just by trying. Hang in there...
