Told my girlfriend no meat this morning. Protein will come from the four fried eggs under the grits.
After breakfast, did cardio on the exercycle 39 minutes, going 8.18 miles, burning 300 calories. Also some dumbbell time put in.
My problem is that I like to eat.May have to cut back on the food intake or will have to cut notches on my new smaller belts, or go back to the old bigger ones if I don't watch out.
This is exactly why I do a weigh in daily. Looking in the mirror, I don't look any bigger.
So is it the scale or my eyes that are lying to me? I doubt it is that Eatsmart Scale, the #1 seller on Amazon that's the culprit here.
