Just keep swimming, just keep swimming...

I've been a little quiet lately just because I'm trying to tweek and figure this out a little better. We will see how things work out over the next week or so.
159.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
