Okay I'm going to try this again. I did have great results when I followed fatsecret in August, but I did not have the power in me to stay away from food lol. I have gained back the weight and some and just can't live like this I feel disgusting and fat. It's been a week so far I am also working out again 30min a day. I love working out but sticking with it is the tuff part. I wish my self luck I know I can do this :)
