weight 158.8 weight down 1 lb from yesterday. Didn't eat after dinner last night but really wanted too. I was very tired last night so after we decorated the tree I laid on the couch for two hours watching t.v.

This morning was a little hungry, ate some cheerios until breakfast at 9:30. Feel satisfyed
