I just had an amazing delicious lunch, I just want to share it with you guys. I didn't take a photo though, so you have to imagine it :-)

I fried half a chicken breast in a pan with just a tiny little bit of oil, like a teaspoon or so. I cut it into small dices and let it fry until brownish. I cut a zucchini into long slices, and a fennel into eight pieces and put all of it in the oven and used the grilling function. I sprinkled the fennel with about another teaspoon of olive oil. I also prepared half a dl bulgur.

So apparently this food above are two servings for me, because I put on my plate the half of everything. I put some sweet chilly sauce on the veggies, and I also teared into pieces some nice lettuce, sprinkled with some lemon juice and salt. Yummmyyyy. I feel soooo good now! Full, but at the same time energetic and have the amazing feeling of being healthy. :-)

I might have the rest for dinner, then I take a photo and show it to you guys.
