Ok, did 10 minutes of stretching because to loosen my hip and back and neck. I don't need an injury. Did 10 minutes of home calisthenics, 50 jumping jacks, 5 Huge sit ups.Elevated my legs for 15 seconds to work the stomach and touched my toes 25 times. Well, it seemed like 10 minutes tomorrow I will have to time myself... drank a large water.
