I was going to try to eat under 20 total carbs today (instead of 20 net carbs) but I'm already almost there and it's only lunchtime,lol.So much for that!How did I do it last time? My calories aren't anywhere near my Recommended Daily Intake (RDI).I have a hard enough time getting enough calories out of 20 net carbs (but I definitely had great results when I kept my total carbs under 20 grams per day).How do people that only eat 20 total carbs a day get all their calories?
