Obviously not what is desired, but I'll take it nonetheless. Incidentally many people in my Summer Strong challenge group on Facebook (who are all doing the same workout as me) are complaining of weight gain. Muscle building! I'll be measuring myself next weekend after I finish the program, and I hope I have good results in that.
