It's been hard to get to the gym because of working 11 hour days with no car. My commute is 4 hours round trip. I'm shooting for 3 times a week to workout. I've been carb cycling with heavy carbs on gym days. So far so good!
126.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
