Toni Bourlon's Journal, 19 May 2016

So Monday night I got hit with muscle spasms in the lower lumbar region - a problem that has plagued me for years. Bottom line was, I could barely walk, certainly didn't feel like cooking, so hubby & I went to Whataburger. We also ate out Tuesday night at Fazoli's - so much for my first week of "Meal Planning." Needless to say, I didn't do any exercising either night. But things were better Wednesday, I cooked a chicken breast roll-up with spinach & feta, pretty tasty! I added some balsamic vinegrette dressing to add a little flavor, served it with Mediterranean veggies & even got on the elliptical for 35 minutes. So, definitely better. Today I'm back to tracking, kind of skipped the past few days but I'm back at it today. Should be able to get my run in tonight as well.
