I have just come across another fantastic video...I don't always endorse a video for members to watch here on fat secret till i have checked it out myself....it must pass: nothing to sell or sign up for more info plus no miss leading statements. There are only a few that i truly like...This one falls into that area....it is right on the point other than being a little long to watch (38 min) it is still very valuable...a must see if you are considering a LCHF diet or Diabetic Reversible control in your life.... It is two videos the first one is about Diet. and the second one is why exercise is not great for weight loss but can be if done correctly....if nothing else please find the time to watch the first one on diet. This diet is a life changer for most if done right.
