Dinner was awful. Tried a frozen boneless stuffed turkey. Cooked it from frozen as per the instructions (2 1/2 - 3 hrs at 350). Put it in a small roaster and added 1/2" of water just to be on the safe side. Checked it at the 2 1/2 hr point and found it was way overdone and dried out. I don't know where they come up with their directions but it probably should have been cooked at a lower temp and less time. They really aren't that big.
Anyways it had lots of calories and I tried to make the best of it. Not sure just how much I ate. The dogs liked the left overs. No way I could save any for later. I found I felt a little ill afterwards too.
It's nice to try new things but they don't always work out. Have to have a good egg and cheese sandwich for evening snack to try and make up for it.
Just my 2 cents worth.
