Brunch was 3 pork chops, frijoles, spinach with an extra helping, 2 corn tortillas, fresh salsa and a fried banana for dessert. Washed down with coffee and water with citrus punch added. Standby for bike results.

Rode exercycle 33 minutes, 6.83 miles and burning 250 calories.

Back in my natural weight range as I recover from the mini-vacation and the buffet binge. If only my wallet would recover so quickly from the slot machines!

Had one other meal yesterday, my usual fast food from Del Taco and a couple of snacks, and still managed to drop a couple of pounds more.

Just wanted to tell you guys that we had a great visit with my long out of touch friend, who is the general manager now of a small "locals" casino.

I do not envy his success with the job and his finances but am for how good a shape he is in at 65, soon to be 66. First thing he said to me when I saw him almost was for me to poke him in the side, I did and it was like poking a wall. He told me that he doesn't go to the gym or use barbells, only dumbells and his doctor said his heart etc are great.

Needless to say, I ordered a dumbell book from Amazon yesterday and am researching the dumbells also and will be buying and using them soon.
All along something like this was to be the second phase after the weightloss phase, now I am finally motivated to get started.

My friend looks like he could keep working till his 90's the way that he is going, hopefully I can play catch up.
