Even though the number on the scale has not gone down, I KNOW I feel healthier. Here's how I know: 1) my skin is no longer broken out from caffeine 2) my cravings are under control--I can say no to food 3) I feel satisfied longer, no longer constantly snacking 4) I went to Quincy and did NOT eat a bunch of fast food! 5) I am looking forward to cooking more at home, not anticipating eating out a lot, even if I could 6) I have exercised at least 3 times this week 7) I am noticing how my body shuts down after eating carbs, and awareness helps 8) I am feeling more energetic all throughout the day, even at 4:00 in the afternoon
