Hello Dear Diary,
A better day as fas as the weather goes. Some sun with the clouds but no rain - finally. My calorie counting is going amazingly well!! I've got a new friend on this site. Her name is thinner120, we really have alot in common. I really want to tell what else to do too help her with her weight loss, but I best not. I guess I'll just have to keep it to myself! I went out to Wal-Mart this morning and did some shopping and stopped by and made a house payment. John is leaving for his hunting trip tomorrow afternoon, then I think I'll step my weight loss effort up a notch or two!!!! I took a much needed afternoon nap today which is something I usually do each afternoon. It helps replenish my body and I really do feel better. Well, I need to close for now Dear Diary.....Marlene
