Went to England for a few weeks and ate everything in sight. Put on about 8 lbs and enjoyed every bite, but I knew it would be hard to loose. Not really serious about phase one, need to be, but can't find the enthusiasm. only just getting back into exercising and hoping that will help me loose. Now going for a run, but dreading it, no energy. :( At least I will be out of the office for a while :)

Good luck!! I went on a vacation in August and before vacation I was doing great, and after vacation I am now still trying to get back into the groove. I think for me having the goal of going on vacation helped me to stay motivated, now that I don't have that I'm getting lazy. I'm trying to make myself a new goal now, so maybe if you find your goal it can help you get motivated. I did find that because I was doing so well before vacation, it was much easier to lose the vacation weight when I got back. Just keep moving!! You can do it!

Thanks for the comment. I really need to find time to do more exercise, don't quite know how to do that, but it would certainly help.
