Hunter, I track my measurements in an excel workbook I downloaded off the web, it has macros that do the math automatically. Mine shows that I have lost 66 inches total over the last 21 months, that is actually an under-estimate because I only put in the measurements for one thigh, one Knee, one calf, one bicep and one forearm, all of those loses should be doubled. So when I go re-add it all up with the items I have two of doubled on the inches I have lost a total of 104.5 inches all together. It's kind of cool to have the entire experience logged. It also kinda estimates what your BMI is, when I started mine was estimated at 53.33 now it is showing 38.46. You have lost a set of twin toddlers and that is so awesome!!!!
