I'm desperate. I feel like I don't enjoy life at all and it has to do with my diet and lack of progress. For a long time now I've been denying myself every yummy thing in life. Last week I lost 3 pounds, this week gained one back. I'm super busy compared to last week and have been forced to eat things at fast foods. I've tried to pick things that are low fat, but I can never be that sure. And since I'm out all day, I fear that eating very little portions will leave me hungry and will trigger and migraine which I cannot afford due to three exams this week. I hope next week is better, or the end of this week.
