I'm desperate. I feel like I don't enjoy life at all and it has to do with my diet and lack of progress. For a long time now I've been denying myself every yummy thing in life. Last week I lost 3 pounds, this week gained one back. I'm super busy compared to last week and have been forced to eat things at fast foods. I've tried to pick things that are low fat, but I can never be that sure. And since I'm out all day, I fear that eating very little portions will leave me hungry and will trigger and migraine which I cannot afford due to three exams this week. I hope next week is better, or the end of this week.

Depending on my water retention it might show 3-4 pounds difference. On some days I feel very skinny so I make sure to weigh on those days. I have now trined myself to only weig every 7-8 days...unless I feel skinny. Find snacks you can take with you that are low in calories (frozen blueberries are my new favorite but not the price!) Stick with it and allow yourself to enjoy the yummy things (I suggest the Fiber One 90 Caorie treats.) You can do it!
