Today is my first official day of my weight loss goal. I woke up at around 9am and ate a yoplait yogurt then I went on my treadmill for 30min. It is around 11:30am and I made myself a 3 ounce cup of baby carrots for a snack. I can't say that I am too hungry but I am craving foods that are not on my list of healthy foods. This is going to be hard but I really want to lose at least 20 pounds by Christmas. Wish me luck!!
