Did pretty good on my eats - Weight not up from the weekend trip which is a bonus. part of me wants that scale to drop everyday but this isn't just about fat loss. Progress for me is also gaining some muscle. Then I look at my weight loss history and see I am down from last Monday by over 4 lbs. How silly am I! Loving my new workout and my arms feel awesome. Really pushing myself! I have a big goal and I truly believe I can achieve it! i see that my workout volume has increased just since my workout last Thursday. Part of these exercise I have really never done before so it is all a learning process.
