Great weekend w the fam. Had an awesome bbq w the fan and guess what?? I did not log any of it and I survived ;-) I didn't go crazy and I didn't have any liquor. No workouts but did put a pond together for my dad over the weekend. Was on the road today and just ate whatever. I didn't have a Big Mac, got a grilled chx instead... Had two cookies my sister in law baked instead of say no thanks. Can't wait for tomorrow for the norm! Hope all Mom's had a blessed day, everyday is Mothers Day to me :-)

Happy Mother's Day Misty! It's refreshing to see that you can still have a homemade cookie or two and still be ok, still be normal! One day I wish to have the inner peace you have with food relations!

I wish I had been as good as you. Quite the opposite with me. I just finished two Irish Coffees, and 2000 calories at the breakfast buffet was WAY over the top.

Thanks guys :-) I even weighed today and it's a loss! But... I'm not going to log it, I'm going to wait until the end of the week and log again. I have to put on some weight without consuming junk to do it. I've realized home made cookies are great but not a dozen a day or week even. I'm learning :-)
