Confession time: was very bad eating rubbish on Friday and haven't even bothered to track, had a good weigh in as well, then yesterday as a belated wedding anniversary present our eldest son took us out for a slap up Indian meal ! very delish! today as the weather is beautiful yet again the hubster planned a trip to the seaside, so I'm gonna get back on the wagon and do my utmost to get back on track, on the downside hubster had to go into work at 5.30 this morning, he said only for an hour to help out! I've heard that before, may not get anywhere near the coast knowing my luck! Have a good day everybody. xxx
