so my dad was telling me about how he was telling my brother that i eat pretty healthy and run almost everyday. (i live with my parents). and my brother asks him, then how come he hasn't lost any weight.
I realized then that it truly isn't as easy as people might think. you can eat well and exercise regularly, but if you consistently do things that can hinder any progress, you'll never accomplish your weight loss goals. fact is, i go out with my friends, drink and eat late, i guess that's why i basically never go down in weight.
so I've given myself a more realistic goal of 16-20lbs in 3 months. allowing an occasional drink with friends but nothing to excess. don't know why i thought i could do it in 1, It's just not as easy as i thought.
