Day 11 and I'm really messing up, didn't take my drops at all yesterday. I've got to decide whether to keep taking them and do.it right or just stop.
182.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
