Went 25 minutes on treadmill.
Didn't wanna.
Did it anyway.
Having turkey sausage pasta tonight. Or, more accurately, Joe is having turkey sausage pasta and I'm having turkey sausage over kelp pasta substitute thingy. Now there's a knack to working with kelp noodles. The first and most important thing is RINSING THE DAMN STUFF. I'm serious, you guys. Rinse. If you don't rinse, no matter how you cook it your mouth will think it's eating a forkful of gelatinous rotten fish entrails and that's never good.
(Unfortunately I am actually qualified to say that - it's a long, sorry story but suffice it to say that street food isn't always as healthy as Andrew Zimmern would have us believe ... )
After you've rinsed it you have a choice. You can sort of leave it "as is" and form your plate of whatever else you're eating, or you can actually cook with it and incorporate it as a pasta substitute.
Google it if you'd like more info ;)
You know what I'm craving though? Tandoori chicken. So I'm going to make my own version and report back if it actually works.
Have a gorgeous day, eberrybuddy!
