Went for a 45 minute run today. Felt soo good. I love feeling strong after a workout. Always great to have good music with me, at times I feel tired, but my music keeps me going.

I'm gonna copy everyone else and say what I am thankful for this week:

1. Healthy Lil Girl
2. Good Music
3. Food Network hehe (great recipes for Thanksgiving)
4. Time Off From Work to Enjoy with the Family
5. Multitasking (with my busy schedule, I'm glad to fit a workout in)

Can't wait to cook so much delicious food. I'm working out super hard this week, so I can enjoy my Thanksgiving dinner. Thank god I am in great shape and can really kick butt on the track. Really don't notice an increase although I can be bad at times, I guess I figured out what works for my body.
