Happy Friday everyone!
Just a few more hours and I'll be off to go visit my friend who lives an hour or so away. Doing a 5k with her tomorrow, then meeting up with some old friends for dinner/drinks Saturday night. Coming home early Sunday to get a nice long bike ride in.
Decided tomorrow is going to be a cheat day. Well, mostly cheat evening, since I want to enjoy a few drinks, and I haven't had a cheat meal in about three weeks. With all of the activities going on, I'm not worried about a gain.
