Man was I worried about this past Friday. There was a Thanksgiving potluck for my daughter's girlscout troop and I ate very light all day to try and compensate for it. I tried to moderate my servings while I was there, I come back home, enter what I ate and BAM! Twice my fat budget for the day in one meal (Mac&Cheese is ^evil^) So I decided on Saturday to reset my body by drinking lots of water with lemon and grazing lightly throughout the day. Thankfully it looks like I'm outa the woods and back on track. I considered it a dry run so I can be prepared for what awaits Thanksgiving day. (Get thee back cheese&mac and pumpkin pie begone!)
