Well friends, this is an entry on how life can change in a heartbeat - at 07:20 today I got a phone call - my 26 year old nephew died, no obvious cause. I am not looking for sympthay or condolences. It's just a note that we should live for today. If we go over a bit on our calories - who cares. I wanted to drop the vacation weight but this is not how I wanted it to happen - we'll see what happens over the next few days. To all who have lost a loved one - my heart goes out to you,
