I have been watching what I eat, cutting out most processed foods and sugars.
I have surprised myself at how many calories I must have been actually eating prior to monitoring my intake. WoW.
On Friday afternoon, I felt hungry and gave in to Triscuits. When I got home from work, I ate banana bread after my salad. So I decided that I needed to give myself 24 hours of "freedom". I allowed myself to eat "normally" until Saturday night. Sunday morning I was back on my "diet".
It is working.
Yeah Me!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
