Woke at 208.6, down .4 from yesterday. My morning numbers from the Tanita scale have been nearly identical each day since 4/22/16. And the post-workout numbers as well. Neither happy nor sad about it. Just noticing it. Targeting 1620 calories today. UPDATE: Ate 1648 calories today and got in my 10K steps and 6 miles by doing an hour of treadmill at 4 mph after work. Enjoying watching Dr. Jason Fung, who might change my worldview on the DietTruth plan. Ate 1648 calories, a few more than planned, but doing well. Weighed 206.2 after workout.
