Don't you just wish that sometimes you didn't even step on a scale. I have been as good as gold and my scale went up 2 lbs. which I'm not even recording because there must be a glitch somewhere. I have been exercising everyday on my treadmill (it's been raining) and I have been recording everything I eat! ARRRGGHHHHH.... So that's how I started my Saturday morning and now, I'm just a little bummed out but not enough to fall off the wagon and eat or anything like that. I will be 15 lbs. lighter for the Jan 16th wedding no matter how many holidays fall before it!

Remember that the scale is only one way to show weight loss. When you exercise a lot, your muscles retain water to help them heal (they get little tears). You know you have been good, so the weight must be temporary. Exercise can increase the scale temporarily, too much sodium yesterday, hormones, etc. Look at the way your clothes are fitting. Do you feel more healthy? All those things can keep you going when the scale isn't doing what you want. It will go back down. Drink some extra water.

Great advice from Suzi161. Lots of things affect the scale, so trust your goodness! :)
