Day 3 of Biggest Loser: I've decided that diets suck. :( I have modified the smart for life cookie diet plan because I have been so tired and have had massive headaches. I decided to exchange 2 cookies for a Luna bar for breakfast and a Snickers Marathon bar for lunch with 2 cookies mid-morning and 2 mid-afternoon. I'm also making sure I get at least 1300+ calories per day to try to make my life happier. :) Hoping to start working out a little more as well...after i get used to the reduced calorie diet. I've been drinking so much crystal light water...between 3-4 nalgene bottles! Hoping my weigh-in next week makes up for the deprivation!
