32 pounds down and 86 left to go. That's certainly better than the 120 pounds I had to lose back in July. I'm comfortable with the weight loss. It's been tracking per month with 3 lbs lost one week, two the next, then 1 the next and then a half a pound the next. Then, back to three, two, one, a half. There are a couple of things that are really helping. Keeping my iron intake low (for a newly discovered medical reason) has helped my metabolism kick into gear, and taking mega folate is also helping. I didn't really feel like I was much smaller until today, when a pair of pants that used to be tight are too big to wear anymore. I think it will take me nearly three years to lose the weight I want at this pace (eating more than 1400 calories a day), but I gained this weight over time and I have all the time in the world to lose it!

That's the way to do it, just take it a step at a time. Isn't it wonderful when clothes don't fit anymore. Just another thing for you to be proud of yourself! Have a great week ahead!
