Anyone have problems with the ..um.."exit plan" of a high protein diet?

I had when I was on high protein diet and I was adding wheat natural bran 1 or 2 tablespoons in food.

I found out today that pre-workout powder did the trick!

I solved that problem. 2 Tablespoons of Coconut oil in the morning. And my Magnesium Supplement. The exit opens like clockwork.
