Ok so I found My Diet on Facebook and it linked here, so I thought it may be good to have something that has recipes and more assistance.
My starting weight is down from my high of 340 of October 31st. When I had my physical with my Dr. right before going on a cruise. Once back from the cruise, it was time to get serious, my blood pressure is through the roof, and I have just started taking medication...so no more horsing around, this is my life, and I am about to get it back!!!
