well the dude that brings us the dbl cheeseburger? which i planned for calorie-wise...he brought in a mcd's McChicken sandwich! I cannot eat that! so i hid it in the garbage and ate my pb wheat bagel thin sandwich! i did look at it and took a tiny nibble. i argued with myself lol. but it just wasnt worth it. i thought about myself stepping on the scale in the morning and gaining a lb and it just wasnt worth it. so i threw it away. i am so glad i brought my sandwich just in case! and i won the battle! thank goodness it wasnt tacos! i dont know if i would have one that skirmish lol
