OMG! OMG!! I'm "boatvworthy!!" (under 150 is my self imposed goal to go out on the boat) I had a good workout yesterday but was really surprised to see the scale go down a whole pound. I even see the little right before bed.so excited, only 9 pounds to go!!!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
