I've been burning 300 calories every morning on the treadmill. Old Jules would use this as an excuse to eat some junk. New Jules has been using it to make a good day even better by sticking to my plan! Tonight I allowed myself some cookies because if I keep my calories too low too many consecutive days, I gain weight because mu body goes into starvation mode. Well deserved chips ahoy!

Nice blue line Julesy!! Be careful though, "starvation mode" is a naughty word around here for some folks, lol...have a great week!! We can all let this one slip by though I am sure... :-)
