Starting to get frustrated - eating alloted calories and exercising but not losing weight - after less than 2 weeks. Thinking about low carb diet.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1404 kcal Fat: 40.61g | Prot: 63.83g | Carb: 194.26g.   Breakfast: splenda, Cheerios, Fat Free French Vanilla Creamer, coffee, skim milk, coffeemate sugar free. Lunch: carb balance mission, onion, Red Tomatoes, bell pepper, diet dr. pepper, egg white, kraft cheese, egg. Dinner: rolo, pretzel, stouffer pepper. Snacks/Other: tootsie roll pop, dole peach cup, skim milk, jolly rancher, almonds. more...

You are losing slowly, but you ARE losing. WW isn't a fast weight loss plan and the fact that you don't have a lot to lose can make weight loss slower. You can incorporate low carb into WW. Up your protein, eat more veggies, etc. Do it for a week and see what happens. If you can eat, drink and still enjoy your life and still lose a pound a week, I think that's pretty good. Especially with the holidays coming up. You are doing fine.
