So one year ago today I finally reached my goal weight! Since then I have been working on maintaining weight. My original goal was 150. Over the past few months I have decided that 150 is a bit too low for me. I like being around 155. This past year I have put on a bit more muscle, something I never really thought about doing but it's fantastic to be stronger than I ever have been. I'm healthier than I ever have been, and most of all I'm happier than I ever have been! Y'all never give up on your dreams. Dreams really can come true if you are willing to work hard to realize them. The time will pass no matter what, so we might as well do something awesome!

Isn't it great to be in the place where you want to gain a little bit to be at the right weight? You've done great. Your last sentence is an excellent way to think, time WILL pass so we might as well work on being better and healthier for the future times.
