Hello!

Now I am on my last week away from Kingston, and unfortunately I have not made the progress I was hoping to while I've been away. On the other hand, I have gotten fantastic clinical experience, learned a ton, spent a bunch of quality time with Mom, Dad and Nan, and got offered a job here at Lakeridge starting in July. I think sometimes your fitness and health goals do take a back seat in a busy profession, and that is OK as long as it is only temporary.

All the missteps health-wise from the last 10 weeks are considerably unsurprising, but there have been good things that I will continue to do!

Bad Things:
Not enough veggies
Not enough purposeful exercise
Unhealthy snacks

Good Things:
7 hours of sleep basically every night (this is HUGE for ME)
1 litre of water most days (also a big improvement for me)
Lots of walking/moving every day for a busy busy work schedule
Only a few glasses of wine total over the last 3 months

With the weather getting warmer, my schedule chilling out, and getting back home to Kingston and regular life, I know I will be way healthier naturally. Love the summer for that reason.

As an added incentive, I am going to book an appointment for a Boudoir Photoshoot for September 2016. It will not only be my 1 year anniversary for Greg (Paper!) but also good motivation to have a clean and healthful 4 months from now.

I'm really looking forward to getting back home and back to an organized, clean, disciplined life <3
