So I went to bed last night with a sore throat and a blocked nose 😢, had to drink cough mixture at night and take pain killers for the headache, all signs of a cold luckily not Flu My reading on the scale would have been far better than what it is. What was meant to be a pigging day Friday turned out to be my best day ever I decided to go full on Fast day since I didn't have a lot to do for the day. I felt so great the next day Sat, went for a 8km jog/walk and my day was great overall. Had a small piece of chicken for midafternoon snack/dinner and wasn't planning to eat anything after that until the cold slowly cripped in so I had to eat but I had a piece of chicken (yes again) and half avo only. Woke up feeling a lot better but I didn't do any training just thought I should recover clearly my immune system was complaining a bit. I'm feeling much better and looking forward to my walk tomorrow morning 🙌
