No weight loss - that was unexpected. I need to remember I am exercising and building muscle. I remember in past times on WW, past the 1st week, I lose weight slowly - around 1/2 pound a week when exercising. I feel better - vertigo not bad, energy, clothes fit a little better, I want to cook.
