Do you feel a difference in your sleep, mood, or energy level? When I eat clean, i notice after a week my sleep is deeper, my face clears up, and I have a more even energy level.

Thanks everyone! Minsu I have more energy in the mornings and I have been sleeping better. I no longer have to hit snooze a bunch of times
