Ugh. I drank way too much last night! I hadn't drank at all since the diet started, but yesterday, I just let lose. I drank half of my calorie intake for the day. Not good. I will be good from now on, though. It is not every day that a co-worker leaves - I just need to learn to drink one beverage, one water.
It appears there will be more snow than rain tomorrow, so I think I will go to the store today and get some "eat this during the power outage" types of food. Spring storms are notorious for knocking out the power. I need to be better prepared than I was the last storm.
I am so glad that today is a short day - hangovers suck.
