I made short ribs last night with fresh salad and mashed potato. Had a vodka martini and red wine.
Started my day today with SF lowcarb pancakes, no grazing. IP style lunch. Lots of liquids, two hours of strenuous yardwork (killed my back) but I know I burned some nice calories and used my upper body a lot.
Will have an alcohol drink (vodka) for dinner. Will skip wine tonight.
Will have simple IP style dinner of broiled fish, veggies and salad.
I'm sure I'll have a dessert, but that will be my usual everything free egg cream. (No eggs in this drink) It's seltzer, unsweetened almond milk, WF chocolate syrup and Hood brand SF, FF whipped cream that I top it off with. Yummy and keeps me from my husbands ice cream stash. He's a skinny Frenchman who can eat whatever he wants!!!!!

Someone on the IP forum is experimenting with breaking up her "free" day into 2 part time days. I am playing around with strict IP for 2/3 of the day and my alcohol drink in the evening on days where I have exercised and burnt extra calories. I want to see how that effects my maintenance and if I can sustain my weight loss with a discipline and a little more lee way. I'll keep posting on this...
