Lol well.... eating salad and fish did not go over well with the family.... husband picked at the fish like he was 2 years old .... and the middle kid threw up all his salad... on the table.... just awful. ... atleast the oldest loved the fish and ate the salad without issue. toddler refused to eat anything but whole strawberries...... *sigh* you win some, you lose some..... maybe tomorrow's chicken will go over better ha ha ha ha! maybe I'll make other vegitables since the middle one can't handle anymore salad I guess.....

up side 36.5 pounds down only 66 to go..... not bad for 3.5 months. I know it will slow down... that's ok. so long as it keeps coming off.

You can do it. Don't worry so much about salad, any vegetables and fruits are healthy. The important thing is to have one ingredient foods. Like if I make Chicken, there is chicken, herbs, butter is usually involved add some sautéed zucchini, squash, more any other vegetable or combination of vegetables and you have a totally healthy meal. If you keep feeding your kids this way they will learn to love the vegetables and healthy foods you serve them, it just forming a new habit 😎

Fish is hard with the young kids. Chicken will fare better I'm guessing. Great achievement in 3.5 months.
