Happy Sunday, Preparing for the work week and meal planning...trying to talk myself into going back walking, already walked 3 miles this morning, but I want to walk 66 miles this month, I have provided this goal to a co worker to help with accountability..I had no breakfeast this morning but I had a huge salad for lunch that included BACON. I will have my receipe of chili for supper. In addition, I purchased a box of Atkins bar and hope to only consume one today and see if I still loose a few ounces, I hoping to loose 1/2 pound a day...so I guess I ned to head back to the track for a little more work on my belly fat...the number may not be their everyday that I look for but I know how I feel and I see the inches. I regret that I did not measure myself and besides I am not sure about how accurate I would have been anyway, but I can tell just by looking...
